Yoshimi Iyadomi
President

As the head of TS2, Yoshimi Iyadomi is helping to establish it as a top U.S. and international recruiting and executive search firm specializing in the videogame, toy, electronics, and entertainment industries. Prior to launching TS Consulting International in 1996, she worked with Dentsu, General Motors and PDQ Personnel Services. Yoshimi attended Yokohama National University and earned a Bachelor’s degree at University of Oregon, School of Journalism.

Andrew Courtemanche
Account Manager

Prior to recruiting in the interactive gaming space, Andrew was an education recruiter at the San Francisco campus of the University of Phoenix. Previous to that, he excelled in Inside Sales with GoDaddy.com, assisting clients in securing and optimizing their online presence. Andrew has been a gamer since the days of the Atari 2600, which, along with his background working closely with individuals and corporations, lends to his dynamic role as a recruiter where he is part professional matchmaker, consultant, and relationship manager. Andrew has a focus in the social/mobile game space and always remains current with the latest industry trends.

David Doeum
Account Manager

Prior to joining TS2, David began his career in the recruiting industry for a small company focused primarily on outside B2B sales in 2007. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies across various industries such as advertising, document management, HR outsourcing, and telecommunications. With interest in new forms of media and technology, David understands the evolving gaming climate and develops a business development strategy that specifically caters to this emerging niche. David currently resides in Long Beach, CA and attended UC Irvine where he received a BA degree in Film and Media Studies.

Brent Hale
Account Manager

Brent Hale is a native to Rancho Palos Verdes, California. He was drafted by the Detroit Tigers to play professional baseball right out of high school but decided to take a scholarship to UC Berkeley. Although the opportunity to sign as a free agent with the Pittsburgh Pirates presented itself twice, Brent decided to jump into the corporate world. Brent’s recruiting career began with Andiamo! Group, a direct-hire, permanent placement recruiting firm, and then with Roys & Associates, a retained executive search firm, where he started out as an Associate and quickly worked his way up to become Vice President. He joined TS2 for the opportunity to grow the company’s videogame and entertainment segments and to expand into new markets by utilizing his extensive business development and entrepreneurial experience.

Stephanie Messiter
Account Manager

Stephanie is a southern belle who moved to CA to attend San Diego State University to pursue a degree in Business Marketing. While attending college, Stephanie worked for The Stafford Burnham Institute for Medical Research for three years, raising money for the organization and developing a love for charity. She then went on to be a sales superstar at Worldwide Express placing 10th out of 200 account executives in her first year at the company. She has a passion for learning and excelling at what she does in business and in life. The things she loves most about being a corporate recruiting warrior in the interactive entertainment industry is working with people who love their jobs and companies who value their employees, encouraging creativity, strategy and outside the box thinking. She joined TS2 because she felt it is a high quality company that values her sales expertise, hunter mentality, as well as her high energy and drive. She has plans to take TS2 to bigger and better places within the interactive and entertainment, social mobile, casual and digital technology space.

Tsuyoshi Hashiudo
Account Manager

Tsuyoshi began his career as a Systems Engineer for the financial industry working on banking, investment and insurance systems. From there, he worked as a Systems Project Manager for the Postal Services Agency and the Ministry of Finance in Japan. He is familiar with programming languages such as VB, C, Java, HTML, etc., and is learning PHP, HTML5 and Flash to expand his knowledge. Tsuyoshi has successfully worked with companies such as GameFly, Konami, Fujitsu, and many others. He has found success as a recruiter at TS2 with a focus on the IT, interactive gaming, and internet space.

Masako Kawazoe
Recruiter

Masako got connected to TSCI as a candidate about a decade ago. Years passed, and just two weeks before her graduation, she was contacted by TSCI for their recruiter position. She packed all her belongings in her car, left the east coast the very next day following her commencement, and headed to California to join the team. Since she joined TSCI in 2006, she has specialized in business development, technical sales, and engineering positions in various industries, such as robotics, electronics components, EMS, and automotive. She has been expanding her curiosity into the game and entertainment industry through several positions she is working on with TS2 members. Masako received her MA in African American Studies from Temple University, PA. She enjoys outdoorsy activities (except swimming), reading, and mellow evenings with her furry roommate, Scopa.

Misa Hata
Account Manager/Market Research Analyst

Misa joined TS Consulting International as an Account Manager/Market Research Analyst in 2007. She successfully led the TSCI team, which focuses on the electronics industry, to cultivate a new niche in the electronic components space. She is always looking for new markets to expand TSCI’s business. As a recruiter, she specializes in senior level positions for electronics/high-tech companies and accounting/finance positions. Misa currently resides in Santa Monica, California. She received a BA degree in Japanese from Tokyo Women’s University and started her career with a Japan-based advertising agency in 2000. After 5 years working experience in Japan, she attended UCLA Extension where she received a business certificate in marketing/advertising.

Kathy Zuniga
Research Associate

Kathy has had a passion for comics, animation, and video games ever since she can remember. She studied animation at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and currently works as a Research Associate at TS2. She provides recruiters with research on the videogame, electronics, toy, and entertainment industries. Her goal is to find the best candidates in order to help recruiters make the best match possible. She loves learning new languages and tries to improve her Spanish, Japanese, and French whenever she can. Her favorite games include Metroid, Resident Evil, Half-Life 2, and Portal.
