Details

* Work directly with artists, designers, software developers, and management to create fun and engaging mobile games

* Manage feature selection, definition, tuning, and implementation to enhance user growth and retention

* Make important decisions on game design to increase user engagement and monetization

* Oragnize meetings with cross functional team members to complete project deadlines on time

* Identify key user metrics and analyze user activity to establish ways to advance game play and mechanics

* Gather user feedback to integrate new features into future game updates

Requirements

* Enthusiasm for mobile and social games

* 2-5 yrs of experience in project and/or product management

* Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented

* Solid listening, verbal, and written skills as well as excellent communication skills

* Start-up/small-company experience is desirable

* Ability to multi task simultaneous projects, effectively work under pressure

* Ability to flourish in a energetic, fast-paced work environment

* Liaison with cross-functional departments within the company

* Strong personal productivity with consistent follow-up ability

* Analytical, with quantitative skills and experience in Excel

* Consumer internet experience preferred

* Knowledge in social gaming preferred

* Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) preferred
